At WEP's Leadership Academy, young women (ages 15+) in India overcome the debilitating issues of poverty to become leaders, prepared to earn and make lasting change in their own lives, families and communities. Since 2002, WEP has recognized the unlimited potential in each of its over 4,000 graduates. As part of its strategic plan to first scale across India, WEP is exploring expansion to organizations outside of India.
