At "Casa PACO (PACO Home)", we restore and guarantee the rights of boys and adolescents to generate social change.
The "AfterSchool Tutoring for PACOs Children" project consists of extracurricular activities that allow boys to reinforce what they have learned in class, complete their homework, and continue developing skills to increase their future opportunities.
In the second quarter of 2025, we are working with 25 participating children and adolescents at Casa PACO.
• 30 reading promotion sessions
• 90 physical education and sports practice sessions
• 200 group social counseling sessions
• 300 non-formal education sessions
For our boys and adolescents, having leisure and recreation, continuing their learning, and living in safe environments has been very meaningful. In April and May, we held afternoon extracurricular activities focused on socializing and play, fostering safe and enjoyable bonds among participants. Activities included a weekly crafts workshop, a show to promote financial literacy in June, movie outings to encourage critical thinking and socialization, and recreational activities in both sports and the arts. We are very proud to have participants with outstanding grade point averages, thanks to the attention and support they received in completing their homework.

En "Casa PACO" restituimos y garantizamos los derechos de niños y adolescentes para generar cambios sociales.
El proyecto “AfterSchool Tutoring for PACOs Children (Tutorías Extraescolares para los Niños de Casa PACO)” consiste en realizar actividades extracurriculares que les permitan reforzar lo aprendido en clase, realizar sus tareas y continuar desarrollando habilidades para incrementar sus oportunidades futuras.
En este segundo trimestre de 2025, trabajamos con 25 niños y adolescentes participantes en Casa PACO.
• 30 sesiones de fomento de la lectura
• 90 sesiones de educación física y práctica deportiva
• 200 sesiones de orientación social grupal
• 300 sesiones de educación no formal
Para nuestros niños y adolescentes ha sido muy significativo tener esparcimiento y recreación, continuar con más aprendizaje y convivir en entornos seguros. En abril y mayo, por las tardes se realizaron actividades extraescolares centradas en convivencia y juego, promoviendo un vínculo seguro y agradable entre los participantes. Entre las actividades se incluye un taller de manualidades semanal, recibimos un espectáculo para fomentar la educación financiera en el mes de junio, realizamos salidas al cine para fomentar pensamiento crítico y socialización, y actividades recreativas tanto deportivas y artísticas. Estamos muy orgullosos por tener participantes con promedios escolares sobresalientes, derivado de la atención y apoyo para realizar sus tareas escolares.
