Dear Friends,
We are so glad to share with you the progress of our project working with kindergarten kids and also tell you we are currently working on the expansion of the proyect for next year! We will be working with three new Kindergarten communities in Quintero and Puchuncaví communities, so excited!
During June and July we continued with the storytelling and planting workshops. Ximena and the team visited the four kindergartens we've been working with this year to play and engage with the kids through storytelling, music and practical activities. A wonderful story about the journey of a seed and all the friends she needs to wake up and become a beautifull plant that can then nurture us.
It has been a wonderful experience, for the kids, the teachers, the parents and the team. This way the veggie garden grows and the kids are able to experience more deeply the wonderful process of growing food and values like collaboration, patience and caring.
We are so happy with the positive results we have been getting.
We leave some photos from these experiences, and soon will be sharing more about the vermicomposting workshops.
Thank you so much for your support,
