Play has always shaped Roza & Ali's lives, from riding motorcycles through the open air to gathering friends for shared laughter and connection. As they begin this new chapter, they want their love to ripple outward. Instead of gifts, they invite you to help build a playground for a Native American community, a space for children to laugh, grow, and feel the joy every child deserves. Through their wedding, hundreds of children will rediscover the joy of childhood every single day.
Some Native American communities lack safe places for children to play, a playground. Generational trauma and underinvestment have left few spaces for joy and healing. Without playgrounds, kids miss chances to connect, grow, and simply be children. Pain from the past, passed down over time, still affects how children feel, learn, and relate. This project offers hope, healing, and laughter where it's needed most.
By building a healing centered playground in partnership with The Power Of Play charity www.thepowerofplay.ca and a Native American community, this project offers a safe, inclusive space for children to play, connect, and grow. Designed with cultural care and community input, it fosters joy and emotional wellbeing. It's more than play, it's a step toward healing, where laughter and belonging replace silence and separation.
Over time, this playground will become more than a place to play, it will grow into a hub of connection. Families will gather, elders will share stories, and community events will take root. With every laugh and shared moment, it nurtures healing across generations. This space will help strengthen cultural pride, spark intergenerational bonds, and remind the community: Play is a right, and it belongs here.
