GG Q1-2_2025 Healthcare Project Report

The “Mision Huascaran” team wishes you and your loved ones find themselves in good health. These times are still challenging in Peru, but we face them with optimism and a lot of positive energy. We continue to advance with our healthcare project. We would like to share our progress and say thank you for all the support.
Actions accomplished
In the months from January 2025 till June, we realized 43 healthcare campaigns with our mobile health posts in which we attended 7.876 persons, giving them access in their remote Andean villages to 100% free-of-charge and high quality specialized healthcare services offering up to 7 medical specializations in remote and rural areas where normally not even a general MD is available. Our mission remains to provide access to basic healthcare for all people.
These free-of-charge medical attentions included more than 300 ultrasounds. All this was possible thanks to over 500 medical volunteers from the Ancash region, mobilized thanks to the interinstitutional agreements between Misión Huascarán and the regional healthcare authorities
