Your support was the lifeblood of our program, allowing us to continue our vital mentoring sessions without interruption. Because of you, we were able to guide a group of promising young boys through an exploration of the three pillars of character: Drive, Discipline, and Determination.

We believe that to achieve true gender equality, protect women and girls, and end gender-based violence, we must rigorously train and mentor our boys. Our project is built on viewing boys as assets and resources, not as problems or liabilities. By instilling values of respect, empathy, and self-worth, we are cultivating a generation of men who will be partners in building a safer and more equitable world for everyone.

This past quarter, our mentoring sessions were centered on a powerful theme: the "3D's." We guided the boys through a deep exploration of these essential character traits.

• Drive: We worked with the boys to help them look inward, identify their passions, and set meaningful personal goals. The sessions focused on turning "I wish" into "I will" by creating a clear sense of purpose.

• Discipline: Through interactive workshops and discussions, we explored the power of consistency, focus, and self-control. The boys learned that discipline is not about restriction, but about the freedom to achieve their goals.

• Determination: We shared stories and strategies for building resilience. The boys learned how to face challenges, learn from setbacks, and develop the grit needed to persevere on their journey to manhood.

The impact has been tangible. We have witnessed a marked increase in the boys' confidence, their ability to articulate their goals, and their commitment to the daily habits that will help them succeed.

The funds we received this quarter were directly responsible for the success of these sessions. Your contributions covered the costs of program materials, facilitator stipends, and a safe space for the boys to learn and grow. Every dollar you donated was a direct investment in the character and future of a young man.
