Dear Supporter
The image captures a daily scene from the lives of children in displacement camps in northern Syria. Rows of fragile tents line muddy pathways filled with stagnant water, creating an unsafe and unhealthy environment where children grow up surrounded by hardship instead of stability.
The children in the photo stand in simple clothing, some without adequate footwear, navigating puddles and rough ground as part of their normal routine. These water-filled paths are not just inconvenient — they pose serious health risks in settings where sanitation services and medical care are already limited. The worn tents behind them offer little protection from cold winters, heavy rains, or extreme heat.
And yet, despite these conditions, their innocence remains visible. Their expressions reflect resilience in the face of circumstances they did not choose. These children did not choose displacement. They did not choose to spend their formative years in overcrowded camps lacking basic infrastructure. This reality was forced upon them by conflict, poverty, and instability.
As an organization, we believe childhood should be defined by safety, education, and opportunity — not exposure to danger and deprivation. That is why we are actively working to change this reality by:
Our mission goes beyond emergency relief. We are striving to create sustainable impact — to replace mud with opportunity, and uncertainty with dignity.
These children deserve more than survival. They deserve a future. And with continued support, we will keep working to make that future possible.
