Dear Supporter
During the month of Ramadan, a time when food insecurity becomes even more challenging for vulnerable families, we continued our humanitarian efforts to support those most in need in northern Syria.
Thanks to your generous contributions, we distributed a complete food basket to the orphaned child Soha and her mother, who are living in .
Soha lives with her mother in very difficult conditions inside the shelter center. After losing her father, her mother became the sole provider for the family, despite the lack of stable income and limited access to work opportunities. With already scarce resources, meeting daily food needs is a constant struggle.
The food basket included essential staples sufficient for a meaningful period, such as rice, bulgur, lentils, cooking oil, sugar, and other basic supplies that enable the family to prepare regular meals and maintain a sense of stability and dignity.
This basket was more than just food assistance — it was a source of reassurance for a widowed mother carrying heavy responsibilities alone, and a reminder to young Soha that she is not forgotten.
On behalf of Soha and her mother, we extend our heartfelt gratitude for your continued generosity. Your support creates real, tangible impact in the lives of orphaned children and their families, helping them face daily challenges with greater strength and hope.
