Bring Relief and Hope to Families in Gaza & Syria

On the twelfth day of Ramadan, our humanitarian team continued its efforts to support the most vulnerable families by distributing hot iftar meals to widows and orphans living under extremely difficult conditions. This activity is part of our ongoing humanitarian response to families affected by poverty, displacement, and the lack of stable sources of income.

For these families, an iftar meal is far more than food served at the end of a day of fasting. It is a moment of relief and comfort amid a harsh daily reality. Widowed mothers carrying the responsibility of providing for their children alone, and orphaned children growing up without the support of a father, face constant challenges in securing even their most basic needs, especially food.

Through these hot meals, we were able to provide a dignified iftar to a number of families, easing the daily burden of searching for food and reminding them that they are not alone during this difficult time. This type of assistance does more than relieve hunger—it also carries a message of solidarity, compassion, and hope.
