During the summer holidays, when school was closed temporarily, community sports were organized to keep children and youth engaged in healthy and fun activities.
These events not only promoted physical fitness but also encouraged teamwork and unity within the community. Here, some young soccer players practice their agile footwork by balancing on one of the low brick walls that separate private homes from the public thoroughfare.
They love to show off their fancy footwork and even wearing flip-flops, they put on a show of athletic prowess that has caught the eye of neighboring athletic organizations supporting sports in the community. They promote great teamwork and fun times for the players by including them in group activities even during the summer break.
