Dear Friends and Supporters,

After a long time without news on the Castration Project we finally want to provide the long awaited update. We truly appreciate all the support we received from each and everyone over the last years! Organizing events in remote areas or regions with limited infrastructure requires careful planning. With Covid-19 the conditions got even worse, we weren't able to organize any castration events on our farm in Giurgiu for over 2 years...

In June we successfully organized a castration event on our farm again. The event was conducted in collaboration with a local vetererinarian team and volunteers who share our dedication to the cause. During the event we castrated a total of 58 dogs. This achievement not only prevents the birth of numerous potential strays but also contributes to the overall well-being of the castrated dogs by reducing their risk of certain health issues.

Alongside the castration events, we continued our efforts to raise awareness about responsible pet ownership and the importance of spaying/neutering pets. Limited financial resources posed challenges in scaling up our castration events. However, our team diligently sought grants and sponsorships to address this issue and maximize our efforts.

Thank you all for donating to this project - every $ helps to achieve a better life for our farm dogs!
