The Christian Youth Development Program empowers 25 Christian . Through hands-on employability training, digital skills, CV and interview coaching, mentoring, and connections with entrepreneurs, youth gain confidence and job readiness. This project unlocks potential, restores dignity, and equips young leaders to support their families, strengthen their communities, and build a hopeful future.
Christian youth in Pakistan face high unemployment due to limited education, social exclusion, and few leadership opportunities. Poverty and discrimination restrict access to skills and safe spaces, leaving youth marginalized and underprepared to support their families, churches, and communities. Without targeted support, these challenges perpetuate cycles of poverty and limit future prospects for young people.
The Christian Youth Development Program tackles unemployment, exclusion, and weak leadership by providing vocational training and small business support. Through mentorship and Bible-based guidance, it builds life skills, confidence, and faith. Safe youth centers and church platforms offer inclusive spaces for learning, leadership, and social engagement, empowering youth to become skilled, responsible, and active contributors to their families and communities.
Empowered Christian youth become skilled leaders and change-makers, driving social and economic transformation in their communities. Greater employment, entrepreneurship, and leadership strengthen families and churches, promote inclusion, and break cycles of poverty. Over time, the program nurtures a generation of confident, faith-driven youth who sustain community development and inspire lasting positive change across Pakistan.
