We’re excited to announce the release of three new Career Girls role model videos focused on skills that help girls navigate their futures with confidence: Negotiation Skills, Networking Strategies, Okay to Change Your Mind.
These topics address real challenges girls face as they begin thinking about their goals, relationships, and career paths. In Negotiation Skills, girls learn how to advocate for themselves and communicate their value. Networking Strategies introduces the importance of building supportive connections and learning from others. In Okay to Change Your Mind, role models reassure girls that exploring different interests and changing direction are natural and healthy parts of discovering what truly excites them.
Hearing directly from accomplished women role models about these experiences helps girls build confidence and develop practical skills they can use now and in the future. These videos encourage girls to ask questions, try new things, and trust that their path can evolve over time.
With every new video added to the Career Girls library, another girl gains access to guidance, encouragement, and a role model who helps her see what’s possible.
