In November, all our CdeCMx coordinators came together in southern Mexico City for an unforgettable retreat. Our teams from every CdeCMx city — from Ensenada to Mérida — were finally all in the same room.
During the retreat, we reviewed our organizational structure, operations, logistics, and academic model—focusing on curriculum quality, instructor experience, and student impact—along with volunteer strategies, funding, and administration, to strengthen and prepare for our next edition of CdeCMx.
We also rolled up our sleeves for hands-on activities. A huge thank-you to our former instructors Alejandra D. and Tita P. for sharing their experiences and giving us invaluable feedback.
To top it off, we ran a simulated “club crisis,” where coordinators shared real challenges they’ve faced and worked together to identify effective solutions. Teamwork at its best.
Once again, thank you for your extraordinary support. Your generosity is opening doors, changing lives, and lighting the way toward a brighter future.
We are energized, inspired, and ready for what’s coming next.
