Conecta por Argentina: Bridging the Digital Divide

Last month, our Conecta por Argentina program reached a significant milestone: we expanded our presence to three new provinces where we had no prior activity — Tucumán, Entre Ríos, and Catamarca.

This expansion includes:

• 6 schools with reliable internet access

• 19 digitally connected classrooms

• A projected reach of 223 students

The schools joining the program are:

• Escuela Primaria José Murga

• Escuela Primaria N°183 José Manuel Romero

• Escuela Primaria N°82 Fray Mocho

• Escuela Primaria N°363

• Escuela N°288

• Escuela N°171 Luis Lobo de la Vega

These schools are located in communities where digital infrastructure and training opportunities have historically been limited. Thanks to the generous support of our partners and donors, we're now helping to bridge that gap.

Next Steps: Empowering Educators

In August, we will begin training school leadership teams and teachers in:

• Pedagogical strategies for digital learning

• Google for Education tools

Our goal is to build local capacity, enabling schools to make the most of their new technological resources and improve teaching and learning outcomes.

We believe that true transformation happens when technology is paired with strong teacher support and ongoing professional development. That’s why this new phase of Conecta por Argentina focuses not just on infrastructure, but on empowering educators to lead meaningful change in their classrooms.

Looking Ahead

We are excited to accompany these six new schools as they join a growing national network of connected, innovative learning communities. The lessons and impact from this expansion will inform future scaling efforts in other underserved regions of the country.
