Your generous funding, with special recognition of Naz and the Dynamix team, also assists with administration and logistics of our operations. Without these essential functions, no project could happen, so our gratitude is deep and immense.

We have held 3 meetings over the past 18 months, so far, and some minutes have yet to be compiled. This incudes our Fire Debrief, on 8 January 2024, which took place at Paardeberg Mountain Retreat , soon after I was introduced to OTTER AI. The meeting was recorded by a professional team. We have tried from recordings to generate the minutes, but are now going to have to call in professional help. This is typically the sort of logistics that you help so massively with your contribution. Thank you.

Then on 12 May 2025 we were asked to host 40 MBA students from the USA, so created a Farmers  Day around that. It was supported by excellent catering for lunch, which was generously covered by the Univerity of Florida's Warrington College of Business from Gainesville. We thank them for the visit and the opportunity to carry our message and work back to the USA.

We held our AGM on 26 May, together with a THINK tank session on the future of PSI Projects, after  MD, Bridget, informed the community that the Johnsens have sold their farm to Vondeling Wines, and are moving to a new farm and Pieterfontein Conservancy, in Montagu, about 2 hours away. It was valuable time spent, with a dedicated, knowledgable and professional group giving willingly of their time, wisdom and experience. A new youthful subcommittee was appointed to continue running the Paardeberg Conservancy Project. We discussed the way forward for the Paardeberg Conservancy specifically, while Doran Vineyards did a splendid job of hosting and catering for us. Thank you to the Doran team.  We are now engaging the Endangered Wildlife Trust and the new Cape Winelands Airport in development to develop a sustainable funding model for the Paardeberg Conservancy going forward. Minutes are attached below in Attachment No 11.

Subsequent meeings with EWT, Cape Winelands Airport, and Paardeberg Conservancy Subcommittee have taken place and are continuing. Vehicles and traliers have been licensed and serviced, while the accountants and auditors keep records of all our income and expenses in good order. Annual Financial statements are attached too. Next activity needed is an update of our website and social media presence.

Thank you again and again for your generous support and interest. We look forward to reporting our growth from strength  to strength in the months to come.
