This update is for the people who stand by us month after month – thank you for being the steady foundation we can count on.
Together, our monthly supporters contribute $500 – dependable help that we can rely on. Our longest-standing monthly donor has been with us for seven years, and many others have been giving for several years – a testament to the strength of ongoing commitment.
At Prithipura, that reliable support changes lives every single day.
Take Sayul – a bright, energetic 5-year-old with Down syndrome who has grown up in Usha, the room for the youngest children at the Infants Home. Today, he strides confidently indoors and spends hours zooming toy cars across the floor, complete with sound effects. In the school room, he finds his seat without help, always ready to take on something new. Playtime means climbing, crawling, and acting out his favourite cartoon characters – always with a beaming smile.
Because of the consistent care from his carers and teachers – made possible by monthly giving – Sayul grows more independent with every passing week.
