ASSOCIATION FOR RURAL TRIBAL IMPROVEMENT
Report of the project: COVID-19 Poverty & Food Relief by ARTI
The reporting period of the project: 11th January 2022
ARTI - India Wishes you,
As families lose their sources of income due to COVID-19 and the global economy has been plunged into a recession, more households are falling into monetary poverty. The situation is dire for the poorest families, including those who do not have access to social protection. Most families are illiterate, below the poverty line, landless people, laborers, bricks workers, quarry workers, unsupported families, and farmers. Next time they are starving with children for food. The condition of the elderly is also inconvenient. At present, the Mutated omicron virus spread to Noke and corners in the world. It is so troublesome.
ARTI strives against poverty. We go to our service area, find the disadvantaged families and ask about their other needs to give food grains, millets, and essential requirements to poor and aged families. We provide counseling for mental health and support their families. In this pandemic situation, an increasing number of poverty families give worries. And we are forced to help many more. Preventing starvation deaths is our primary goal. More and more rural people, who are already economically backward, and despite the nutritional deficiencies, suffer.
ARTI sincerely thanks the donors and Kind-hearted people. Your small donation helps to save the poverty death of low-income families.
Thanksgiving
Thank you
