Dear Donor
In one of the temporary shelters in rural Azaz, northern Syria, lives the family of young Alaa, enduring harsh living conditions. After fleeing their home due to ongoing shelling, they found relative safety in this shelter—but it lacks even the most basic necessities. Alaa, a nine-year-old boy, lives with his parents and five siblings, all sharing the daily struggle of displacement and poverty.
During the blessed days of Eid al-Adha, your generous donations brought immense joy to this family. As part of our Qurbani meat distribution project, a portion of fresh lamb was delivered to Alaa’s family. For them, it was more than just a meal—it was a rare moment of dignity and celebration, something they had been deprived of for years.
We saw happiness light up the faces of the children, and deep gratitude in the eyes of their parents. The family expressed heartfelt thanks to everyone who contributed to making this moment possible. Your kindness brought joy to a family worn down by hardship and reminded them that they are not forgotten.
We sincerely thank all those who participated in this blessed initiative, and we encourage continued support for displaced and vulnerable families. They rely on your compassion and solidarity.
Wishing you continued blessings for being a source of joy.
