Dear Donor
In northern Syria, where displaced families sleep on the ground and shelter under tents, and where the most basic necessities of life are missing, a simple loaf of bread had the impact of a miracle.
1,000 displaced families received bread during the month of May—thanks to your donations—at a time when this blessing has become a distant dream for many.
There are no markets here, no functioning bakeries, and no money to buy even the simplest food. Children go to sleep with empty stomachs, and mothers grieve over a piece of bread they cannot find.
But with your support, despair turned into momentary relief, and small hands clutched warm loaves baked not only with flour, but with the compassion you carry in your hearts.
Distributing bread was not just an act of aid—it was a profound humanitarian gesture that carried the meaning of dignity and survival.
In every loaf we handed out, there was a whispered prayer from a mother, a shy smile from a child, and a tear of gratitude from an elderly man worn down by waiting.
Thank you for being present when the world turned away.
Thank you for bringing life back to a thousand families standing on the edge of hunger.
But we must continue… because bread cannot wait, and hunger shows no mercy.
With many thanks
