Dear Donor
In a small, worn-out tent on the outskirts of Suran, northern Syria, lives Hamza, a six-year-old boy, with his mother and sister. Their lives were turned upside down after losing their father in the devastating earthquake that struck Syria and Turkey. The quake not only destroyed homes—it shattered the very foundation of this family’s life.
Since that tragic day, Hamza’s mother has been struggling alone, doing all she can to provide her children with the basic necessities—food, warmth, and dignity—amid displacement, poverty, and lack of support. As for little Hamza, the earthquake stole his childhood, leaving him to face a harsh reality filled with cold, hunger, and fear.
Thanks to your generous donations, we were able to reach Hamza’s tent and provide the family with fresh bread, helping them ease their daily struggle and meet one of their most basic needs. The joy on Hamza’s face as he held the bag of bread was unforgettable—it was as if he had received a precious treasure. These small moments mean the world to families like his and remind them they are not alone.
Your continued support is a beacon of hope for mothers and children like Hamza, giving them strength to carry on despite the hardships they face.
Thank you from the heart to everyone who contributed. You are making a real difference and bringing life back to broken hearts.
