1 in 4 people live in families with restricted access to healthcare, and 71% of Brazilians depend on the SUS, according to the IBGE. In the first few months of 2022 alone, we carried out more than 230 consultations through telemedicine, directly assisting people in social vulnerability and allowing access to quality medical care.
The waiting list for health care at SUS in São Paulo grew 70% between 2016 and 2020. In cities in the northeastern hinterland, 65 million people live in regions without access to doctors.
