In December, we proudly supported 65 graduates from our RISE Crèche as they prepared to transition into primary school. Each child received a full school uniform and essential learning supplies, ensuring they were ready to begin the new academic year with confidence and dignity. For many families in rural communities, the cost of a uniform can be overwhelming, and without proper clothing, children may be prevented from attending school.
Through this initiative, we removed this barrier to education.
By equipping every graduate with the required attire, we helped transform uncertainty into opportunity. What may seem like a simple uniform represents belonging, equality, and hope. It allows a child to enter the classroom feeling proud, included, and ready to learn.
For parents, this support eased a significant financial burden. For the children, it marked the beginning of a new chapter filled with excitement and possibility. Instead of worrying about what they would wear, they could focus on building friendships, developing skills, and pursuing their dreams.
A school uniform does more than meet a requirement — it restores self-respect and opens doors to learning. 65 Young learners began their school journey empowered and prepared.
Because every child deserves the chance to walk into school believing their future is bright.
