Habibah is a learner at a government aided school in Uganda. She was born with unstraight legs. This was due to the too much sickness and poor feeding by her mother when she was still pregnant. She is eleven years and in primary three. She cannot manage to walk to school and back home as she falls on the way. She has weak legs. We interracted with her mother and she informed us that before providing scholarstic materials, the girl needed treatment of her legs. On 13th May 2025 an examination was done and the rehabilitation hospital recommended that she has to undergo an orthopedic surgery 3B for her to gain strength and walk properly with strength and also overcome disability.
The hospital made a quotation of USD 1012 which the mother cannot afford. We are fundrasing for her and we have an active project as regards this fundraising for the orthopedic surgery for Habibah
We thank you so much for all the support and we appreciate your help more than words can express. We call upon you to join us in our fundraising efforts to have the orthopedic surgery done, enable her walk with strength and be able to reach school and also walk back home.
