While his peers spend their free time playing, Ahmad carries a heavy responsibility on his shoulders. An orphan student raised by his grandfather, he has become the "little man" upon whom both his mother and grandfather rely. Between the demands of his studies and hours of labor, Ahmad runs a daily race to provide for his family while fiercely pursuing his education.
The challenge Ahmad faces is not merely securing a loaf of bread; it is keeping the "flame of knowledge" burning amidst the rubble of exhaustion. After a long workday, his body is spent, yet his dream remains wide awake. Ahmad represents a generation of orphans who did not choose their fate but chose not to let it break them—transforming their devotion to their family into a catalyst for success.
