In a world full of challenges, our students need more than just knowledge—they need "ownership": the power to lead themselves. As part of Masarat’s personal development programs, an inspiring session on "Self-Management and Organization" was conducted by Coach Rafia J.
Key Session Highlights:
Self-Leadership: Teaching students that leadership starts with oneself before leading others.
Personal Values & Mission: Reflective questions like "What is your mission?" helped students build a solid identity.
The Leader's Wealth: Emphasizing that true wealth lies in one’s values and self-awareness.
Values Matrix (Practical Application): A hands-on exercise to help students prioritize their life decisions based on their core values.
Your support goes beyond providing textbooks; you are building "The Human Being" from within. You are empowering orphans and displaced youth to move from a "victim mindset" to a "changemaker mindset." Thank you for investing in the character and leadership of our students.
