I want to start by thanking you for your donations and continued support. With your help, we continue to impact and improve the lives of many in need. Those children serve all the hope and love we gave them, and we couldn't do it without you. There are so much work that is done and much more to be done. We thank you for your help as we keep pushing forward.
Here what we accomplsihed with your support in the past 3 months.
Hayati (Children's Program - "My Life"): This four-month comprehensive program focuses on Character Building ("I am a Leader"), Proper Nutrition ("I am Healthy"), and Awareness Against Sexual Harassment and Bullying ("I am Brave").
Impact: A total of 213 girls graduated.
Core Result: Children's psychological resilience improved significantly, increasing from 36% to 84% following the intervention.
Reach: The program successfully graduated classes in collaboration with Tafa'ul School (disability program) and several other associations (Al-Ra'idat, Khalaf Habib, Middle East, Bithra, and Islamic Charitable Society, Nidaa Al-Hurriya Association).
Hayatna (Parenting Program): This program was delivered to more than 60 parents and covered critical topics, including Female Genital Mutilation (FGM), Early Marriage, Sexual Harassment, Healthy Nutrition, Gender Equality, and Parenting Self-care.
Impact: Parent knowledge development increased from 66% to 83%.
Key Index Improvements: Awareness against FGM increased from 70% to 96%, and the Child Protection index increased from 70% to 85%.
Academic Partnerships: Heya Masr partnered with the American University in Cairo (AUC), collaborating with the Academic Community Engagement (ACE) students and the Continuing Education Department to run a five-day summer camp and a "CourageousKids Leadership Bootcamp" for middle schoolers (ages 11-14).
Accreditation: The foundation received a platinum-level accreditation certificate from the American University of Beirut.
Webinars: The organization also hosted online seminars on key topics, including sex education and maintaining positive relationships with children during studies.
