Karam was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of three. Along with hyperactivity and attention difficulties, he also struggled with delayed speech and challenges in social integration.
Through group sessions in the special needs classroom at Jafra Center – Qudsaya, under the guidance of his teacher Fadia Badr, Karam gradually began to improve. Step by step, he learned to follow instructions, express himself with growing confidence, and engage with other children in play and group activities. He was also introduced to cultural concepts such as holidays and celebrations in fun and educational ways. By the age of four, Karam joined kindergarten—an important step toward independence and adaptation.
Today, Karam is in the first grade, where he is learning, playing chess, and continuing his educational journey with confidence. His progress is so remarkable that even in his medical file, his early sessions with teacher Fadia at Jafra were highlighted, impressing specialists who were surprised by the integrated approach he had received in Jafra Center—an approach that combined both occupational therapy (Ergotherapie) and speech therapy (Logopädie).
Karam’s story is a powerful example of how consistent support and innovative approaches can transform a child’s life—helping them unlock their potential, adapt to new environments, and thrive with confidence. Your continued funding ensures that more children like Karam can dream big, achieve more, and build a brighter future.
