Eid Adha Together

Dear Supporters,

While Eid al-Adha is a time for giving and celebration, many families continue to face extreme economic hardships, struggling even to cover basic needs. Access to essential protein, such as meat and poultry, has become increasingly difficult, leaving families unable to provide nutritious meals for their children.

Our project, “Eid Adha Together”, aims to distribute meat parcels not only during Eid but also, if possible, on a monthly basis, to support the most vulnerable families. Through your donations, we hope to provide meat or poultry parcels alongside regular food parcels, bringing joy to children and easing the burden on parents by helping feed their families and cover basic nutritional needs.

This initiative allows us to make a real difference, providing both sustenance and hope to families facing growing economic pressures.

First of all, thank you very much for your constant support, and we, in our role, try as much as possible to continue supporting the Palestinian community in the city of Bethlehem, especially for the refugees in the Aida and Al-Azza camps. During the last Eid al-Adha period of the year 2022, a number of sacrifices were distributed to a number of categories of highest priority we have:
1- Children with disabilities and their parents
2- Poor and needy people with limited income

Where it was distributed between two kilograms of meat to three kilograms, according to the number of family members and their needs, in addition to distributing Eid sweets, cakes and special Palestinian cakes for the Eid in gift baskets for children and their families. A number of games were also purchased with a total of 45 toys and new clothes. For the feast each according to his size and the appropriate clothes for them.

Alhamdulillah, thanks to all of our efforts, the joy of Eid was shared with our community in Aida camp and the pride by hearing the Eid takbeers and performing prayers with pleasure after spreading the joy to our community in Noor Association during the first day of the blessed Eid Al-Adha.
