Noor Foundation launches "Eid of Dignity 2025" to provide Qurbani meat to 400 vulnerable families in Bethlehem, especially in Aida and Al-Azza camps. The project supports families of children with disabilities and those in need by distributing fresh, halal meat during Eid al-Adha. With community support and volunteers, the initiative promotes dignity, inclusion, and solidarity.
Hundreds of families in Bethlehem, particularly in Aida and Al-Azza refugee camps, live in extreme poverty and cannot afford basic food during Eid. Families of children with disabilities face even greater burdens due to ongoing economic hardship, unemployment, and limited access to aid. Without support, these families will miss out on the dignity and joy of Eid al-Adha.
This project will provide fresh, halal Qurbani meat to 400 vulnerable families, ensuring they receive nutritious food during Eid. By targeting families of children with disabilities and those in refugee camps, the project restores dignity, relieves financial pressure, and promotes social inclusion during one of the most important religious holidays.
This project fosters long-term social inclusion by supporting families of children with disabilities and those living in poverty. It strengthens community solidarity, builds trust in local initiatives, and encourages continued giving. Beyond Eid, it raises awareness of the daily struggles these families face and lays the groundwork for future support and development programs.
