Let’s get straight to it!

Action Change is on a mission to put ourselves out of business. Seriously I am sure any business owners ot there just read that as thought WHAT!!! But it's true as uur dream is to eradicate every global issue we touch so that we aren't even needed anymore. While I love my job and what we do I really do wish we wasn't needed. But while we’re busy fighting that fight, we’ve got to keep the lights on, and right now, the world is making that a bit of a climb.

We are lean, mean, and powered by heart If you didn’t know, we are probably one of the "cheapest" charities you’ll ever meet and I say that with massive pride! We don’t have fancy, expensive offices. We have two part-time staff and 60 absolute legends (our volunteers) working from home or right in the dirt at our project locations around the world.

Our costs are the bare essentials: an accountant to keep us legal, website hosting to keep us connected, and the unavoidable banking fees. To support over 30,000 people across 92 projects in 14 countries, we need to raise £3,000 a month. That’s it. That is the "backbone" that keeps the whole world-changing machine moving!

Why we’re stepping up the pace We never wanted to have a project called "Save Our Charity." We’d much rather be talking about chicken farms or ocean retortation! But with the world being so unsettled lately, donations have naturally dipped, and we refuse to let our 92 projects feel the hit.

We don't just "drop off" aid. We find local heroes, train them, and give them the tools to build financially stable projects that will outlast us. We aren't just a charity; we’re a launchpad for local independence. We can't let that stop and I thank you all for being by our side over the past 20 years!

The "Little by Little" Power Play! I know that "operational costs" isn't the most "sexy" thing to donate to, but it is the literal fuel in the tank. Without it, the buses don't move, the schools don't get food, and the conservation projects stop.

We have a massive chance to fill the tank during the Little by Little campaign from March 17th – 20th. GlobalGiving is doing their thing and 50% matching all donations up to $50, while matching funds remain.
