Nos alegra compartir con ustedes los avances más significativos del programa Mujeres ROFÉ durante este segundo trimestre de 2025. Gracias a su generoso apoyo, seguimos consolidando esta plataforma transformadora que impulsa a mujeres cabeza de hogar en Colombia, brindándoles herramientas para su autosuficiencia, liderazgo y bienestar, con impacto directo en sus familias y comunidades.
Crecimiento de la Comunidad
Hoy, la red de Mujeres ROFÉ está conformada por más de 4.700 mujeres participantes de cerca de 500 municipios en los 32 departamentos de Colombia. Con el acompañamiento constante de nuestro equipo, cada vez más mujeres no solo acceden a los contenidos formativos, sino que los aplican activamente en sus emprendimientos y en su desarrollo personal.
Formación Continua: Primer Ciclo 2025
Durante estos meses, implementamos nuestro primer ciclo de capacitaciones, ajustando contenidos a las necesidades emergentes de la comunidad. Destacamos la renovación del curso de finanzas y el lanzamiento de un nuevo módulo enfocado en ventas.

Con la participación de mentores y aliados estratégicos, fortalecimos los contenidos a través de espacios prácticos y vivenciales, entre ellos:
Encuentro Presencial Mujeres ROFÉ – Bogotá
Con el apoyo de nuestro aliado Give a Hand, realizamos nuestro 5to encuentro presencial. Fue un espacio poderoso de integración, aprendizaje y empoderamiento.

We are pleased to share with you the most significant updates of the ROFÉ Women Program during the second quarter of 2025. Thanks to your generous support, we continue to consolidate this transformative platform that empowers women heads of household across Colombia by providing them with tools for self-sufficiency, leadership, and well-being, with direct impact on their families and communities.
Community Growth
Today, the Mujeres ROFÉ network includes over 4,700 participants from nearly 500 municipalities across all 32 departments of Colombia. With the ongoing support of our team, more and more women are not only accessing training but actively applying what they learn in their businesses and personal growth journeys.
Ongoing Training: First Cycle 2025
During these months, we launched our first training cycle of the year, updating content based on community needs. We highlight the renewal of the finance course and the launch of a new module focused on sales.

- From Idea to Action: Your Guide to Successful Entrepreneurship (March): 96%
- Smart Finance, Management for Entrepreneurs (April): 98%

Special Talks and Workshops
With the support of mentors and strategic allies, we enhanced the program through practical and experiential sessions, including:
- 2 finance workshops with Finanzas Conscientes- 3 emotional intelligence sessions with Adriana Lozano
- 3 mental health sessions with Curesia
- 3 financial literacy sessions with Julieta Urueña
- 4 well-being sessions with Brahma Kumaris
- CV creation and job search workshops with Michael Page
5th Mujeres ROFÉ gathering – Bogotá
With the support of our partner Give a Hand, we hosted our fifth in-person gathering. It was a powerful space for connection, learning, and empowerment.
The agenda included:
- Icebreaker and community integration activities- Inspirational talk “Acts that Inspire” with Brahma Kumaris- Practical business sessions on digitalization (ACH) and business formalization (Chamber of Commerce)- A panel of community women entrepreneurs sharing their success stories and lessons learned
