ARTI aims to enhance the quality of life in rural and tribal communities by empowering female farmers and boosting their income. Support and training in farm-based livelihood activities, such as floriculture, vegetable cultivation, and animal husbandry (goatry & quail farming, backyard poultry), will be provided to rural and tribal women. The project will not only improve the well-being of women but also assist their families, especially their children.
Due to gender inequality, women in rural and tribal areas experience discrimination from birth until old age, which results in problems like poor economic growth, insufficient skills, and illiteracy. We must help these women work in agriculture alongside their families, but because they lack resources and sophisticated knowledge, they employ antiquated methods that yield poor returns.
In rural and tribal villages, women face discrimination from birth to old age due to gender inequality. Illiteracy and insufficient income are issues. Although these women farm with their families, due to a lack of resources and advanced knowledge, they use traditional methods that yield low returns. Don't have value-added revenue. Their way of life requires an innovative, modern agricultural approach. We provide knowledge and training on agricultural income to equip them with skills.
The project aims not only to improve the livelihoods of women farmers but also to boost their confidence. The intervention will increase women farmers' ability to use advanced farming techniques while also providing resources such as income-generating activities, agricultural development, economic growth, and so on, resulting in increased production, income, and well-being. Their rural and tribal communities are supported by a variety sources of income.
