Women frequently face low pay for agricultural labor in rural and tribal areas. Heavy work, lack of rainfall, financial difficulties, and health issues all contribute to women's stress levels. It impacted their children's health and education. They require a steady income. We provide quail formation and training to help them with their daily lives. This project is needed to improve the rural and tribal community's economic development.
People in rural and tribal communities face a wide range of challenges in their daily lives. Poor economic conditions, health problems, illiteracy, low rainfall, migration, and other issues, as well as a lack of long-term income, make life difficult for them. A strong economy is required to meet family needs. It improves their children's health and education. This requires a sustainable livelihood. This project fulfills it.
We provide instructions for forming Japan quills, maintaining the procedure, and any other details that may be required. We provide food, cages, medicine, quail chicks, and other necessities. Veterinary experts give guidelines and appropriate follow-up. They create a market for selling the quill and divide the proceeds in a cooperative manner, which helps to break their family's cycle of poverty.
The project will empower 25 rural and tribal women to achieve sustainable development. These women, who are often poor mothers and widows, will have an opportunity to use their skills to rise out of poverty and work toward a promising future for themselves and their families. It supports women in developing rural and tribal communities.
