Nonprofit organizations working with persons with disabilities in Pakistan face continuous funding uncertainty, which directly affects the continuity of rehabilitation and inclusion services. While project-based funding supports short-term activities, it does not guarantee long-term sustainability.
To address this challenge, NDF Pakistan initiated the Endowment Fund Project through GlobalGiving crowdfunding. The objective is to gradually build a dedicated endowment fund whose returns can sustainably support rehabilitation services for children and persons with disabilities, regardless of fluctuations in donor funding.
