Help us find and train the leaders that are going to change education in Argentina. During 2 years, our fellows get +300 hours of training and work alongside local teachers in underprivileged schools in Argentina, giving every child the support and education they deserve and delivering amazing results. After graduating, our Alumni go into the education workforce with a deeper, more meaningful knowledge of the systemic challenges and with the commitment and tools to tackle them.
The situation in our country is concerning: only 13% of students who start first grade graduate from secondary school on time. Every 8 minutes, a student drops out of high school, and 2 out of 3 primary school students do not understand what they read. This situation becomes even more pressing when analyzing the challenges faced by the most socioeconomically vulnerable population.
The transformation we seek requires a comprehensive approach, with people and communities working together toward the same purpose. We need collective leadership. At Ensena por Argentina, we address this challenge by training and supporting professionals through our Collective Leadership Program. Through intensive, practical, and context-based training, they develop pedagogical, socio-emotional, and leadership skills that have a direct impact on their students and communities.
Upon completing the Collective Leadership Program, Professionals join the Teach For All Alumni Network, continuing to advance our purpose through networking and exclusive training. In Argentina, over 400 Alumni promote educational equity nationwide, with more than 80% transforming education through public policy, social entrepreneurship, or school leadership.
