E-VEN : Evening the educational gap in Venezuela

Dear Donors and Friends,

We are thrilled to share with you some of the highlights from the past few weeks!

In both Los Roques and Canaima, our students continue to amaze us with their dedication and enthusiasm. Each class is an opportunity to see their growth — not only in their English skills but also in their confidence and curiosity about the world.

This past month, our teachers introduced new interactive activities designed to encourage teamwork and creative thinking. In Los Roques, students participated in an outdoor scavenger hunt using English clues, while in Canaima, they enjoyed storytelling workshops where they created and shared their own stories in English. These experiences help strengthen their vocabulary in a fun and engaging way.

Additionally, we recently celebrated the graduation of a new group of students in both Los Roques and Canaima! It was an inspiring moment to recognize their hard work and growth. We handed out prizes and achievement certificates to our students, honoring their dedication and progress. We also took this opportunity to thank and recognize our supporters in each community — without their encouragement and commitment, none of this would be possible.

We also want to take this chance to thank all of you — our donors, supporters, and friends — for making this possible. Your contributions continue to open doors for these children and adults, empowering them to dream bigger and aim higher.
