ASSOCIATION FOR RURAL TRIBAL IMPROVEMENT

REPORT OF THE PROJECT EVENING STUDY CENTERS FOR POOR CHILDREN

Villages : Padagam, Aniyalai

Reporting period of the project : Upto 8th DECEMBER 2018

Project objective:

The objective of the project is to provide post school assistance in education to the deprived children of illiterate parents and parent less children and to provide nutritious food to these children in the evening along with necessary medical check up.

The needs that we have been fulfilled relate to the following

As the syllabus for some classes has changed from this year we have to provide new teaching and learning materials to these children. We provided snacks to the children at the time of class.

As on today we are taking necessary steps as proposed by our project, the funds have to be raised as early as possible through global giving to continue this project successfully.

Association for Rural Tribal Improvement & Global Giving

As we have tied up with the Global Giving and other donors about 63 children are being provided with necessary assistance. The project envisages raising funds through philanthropic individuals through Global Giving. For this we have identified some individuals by meeting them at Tiruvannamalai. We propose to expand our activities by adding additional two centers from this academic year. By this we expect hither to deprived children to get opportunities of their choice.

Impressions of ASSOCIATION FOR RURAL TRIBAL IMPROVEMENT

The board members of our Society are very much satisfied as they have received the feed backs from the parents of beneficiaries (we are a close knit community striving to reach the educational and thereby professional height). We are ready to spend and are spending but due to raising costs it is imperative to raise funds as early as possible. Therefore we are reaching out to global individual donors for the assistance to this project through Global Giving.

Thanks giving

We sincerely thank the Global Giving for opening space for fund raising and sincerely thank the future donors in advance.
