In December 2025, following days of continuous heavy rainfall, severe floods and landslides struck several regions across Sumatra, Indonesia. Rivers overflowed and hillsides collapsed, destroying homes and cutting off access to many communities. Thousands of lives have been devastated by this disaster. Many families have lost loved ones, their homes, and everything they had. To date, 916 people have died, 274 are still missing, and thousands more have been injured, leaving communities in deep distress and urgent need of help.
Since the disaster, we have been supporting affected communities by distributing more than a hundred food supplies to families impacted by the floods across Sumatra. These food packages have helped meet urgent daily needs and provided immediate relief to families struggling to survive in extremely difficult conditions.
We are deeply grateful for the generosity of our donors and the dedication of our volunteers. Your support has brought relief and hope to families who have lost so much. They still need us, and every act of kindness truly matters.
With your continued support, we remain committed to reaching more families in need across Sumatra and supporting ongoing recovery efforts. Every donation helps families rebuild their lives and brings hope during these difficult times.
God bless you all.
