Every day in Addis Ababa, thousands of vulnerable mothers struggle to feed their infants due to the soaring cost of formula, food inflation, and limited access to hygiene supplies. Many also face breastfeeding complications caused by malnutrition, stress, and postnatal health issues, placing their babies at severe risk of malnutrition and illness. Through the “Formula & Baby WASH for Babies in Ethiopia” project, MHO has continued to stand in the gap for the most vulnerable newborns and young children—especially those who are orphaned, abandoned, or deprived of family care. During this reporting period, MHO provided infant formula, balanced nutrition, and essential hygiene supplies to 25 babies aged 0–5 years, ensuring they receive safe feeding conditions, sanitation support, and early-childhood protection within our rehabilitation center.

This impact was made possible through the generosity of compassionate GlobalGiving donors and partners whose support has ensured that these babies are not left behind. Your contribution is not only keeping children nourished—it is protecting their dignity, health, and future. MHO remains committed to transparency, accountability, and continued service to those most in need. On behalf of the children and their caregivers, we extend our deepest gratitude for your solidarity and kindness. You are more than a donor—you are a partner in saving lives.

Thank you for walking this journey with us. This progress is possible only because of kind-hearted supporters like you—individuals, companies, and the GlobalGiving community—who believe that every child deserves a healthy start in life.

Your support has restored dignity, health, and hope to some of the most vulnerable children in Ethiopia.Thank you for ensuring that these children never miss the opportunities they deserve.

On behalf of the babies, their mothers, and the entire MHO family—we express our deepest gratitude.

We reaffirm our commitment to transparency and excellence. Every contribution is utilized with care to deliver maximum impact where it matters most. We will continue to keep you updated as the project evolves because you are more than a donor; you are a vital part of this journey.

Note The children pictured in the report  are among the many who have directly benefited from this program. They represent thousands of babies and children in Ethiopia who now have the opportunity to thrive—thanks to you.

Together, we can continue to make a difference in the lives of these children. Thank you for walking this journey with us
