We want to share an update on our projects and achievements with you, as you are an essential part of our mission. Keeping you informed of the progress in the Peraj, Inspiring Futures, program is of utmost importance to us.
One of these achievements is the launch of the Socio-Emotional Skills course developed by one of the participating universities in the Peraj program, the Facultad de Estudios Superiores Acatlán. This course will be freely accessible to the mentors in our program, as well as to those responsible for it in affiliated Higher Education Institutions who wish to take it.
The course aims to provide tools and training for participants to develop competencies and knowledge to understand, manage, and effectively handle their emotions and achieve healthy and constructive interactions with others. It seeks to promote emotional and social well-being and improve interpersonal relationships that are valuable in both personal and professional contexts.
The socio-emotional skills cultivated in the course benefit individuals not only on a personal level but also contribute to building more harmonious communities where empathy, communication, and conflict resolution can be achieved and highly valued.
We will commence this course on November 6, and we will keep you updated on its progress. We invite you to continue inspiring the future of more girls, boys, and young people through your support for the Peraj program.
