Hello!
Life in Ghana is always smiles, and although this is great sometimes it is hard to smile when I walk into the local government schools and you see children in their school uniform sitting in a empty classroom with no teachers or resources.
This is a common sight across Ghana as teachers are very limited, under paid and as such don't show up and with so many problems this project has to tackle the issue from multiple sides this includes funding some schools that are private to take children from poor backgrounds, running teacher training programs to teach more teachers and help fund schools so they offer a living wage.
On top of this any funds donated over and above which isn't often funds stationery and text books for the schools to use, funding to these schools is very limited and so donations currently are focused on helping with the teacher crisis in our communities.
