Give education to 60 vulnerable Roma children

Dear Supporters,

Over the past several months, your generous support has enabled our Centre to provide continuous care and assistance to 24 vulnerable children, ensuring they have access to a safe, structured, and nurturing environment.

Since September, a new group of children has joined our program and has been receiving psychosocial and educational support designed to strengthen both learning outcomes and emotional well-being. During this period, children engaged in age-appropriate discussions and activities focused on recognizing violence and responding safely, personal hygiene and healthy daily routines under the theme “Clean Child, Healthy Child,” as well as healthy nutrition through interactive games and hands-on learning.

All program activities are delivered through creative and play-based methodologies, encouraging children to think critically, express themselves confidently, and develop positive life skills. Through this approach, we are actively fostering healthy habits, a sense of safety, and a supportive community for every child in our care.

For children growing up in families affected by unemployment and persistent poverty, our Centre often represents their first safe learning space, their first experience of structured daily support, and access to a regular nutritious meal. In parallel, parents receive daily advisory support focused on parenting skills, child and social protection rights, and pathways toward employment and social inclusion.

The Centre is filled each day with children’s laughter, curiosity, and resilience. However, the demand for support continues to exceed our current capacity. With sustained funding, we aim to expand the program and offer services to up to 60 vulnerable children, ensuring more families can benefit from this vital support.

One of the highlights of this period was the New Year celebration, where children joyfully welcomed the holidays and received Christmas gift - an experience that brought visible happiness and lasting memories.

Despite financial limitations that have delayed full program expansion, we remain committed to reaching our goal and continuing our fundraising efforts.
