During this quarter, we have addressed needs that could not be met in the previous reporting period. One of the key actions carried out was the distribution of footwear to children and adolescents in the program — a total of 25 beneficiaries received both casual everyday shoes for school use and a pair of sports shoes.
In addition, musical instruments were acquired with the purpose of fostering cultural and artistic spaces that complement the participants' educational processes, while also providing a constructive alternative for their leisure time. A total of 3 pianos, 4 guitars, 6 wind flutes, and 3 violins were purchased, benefiting 15 children and adolescents who now have access to this enriching space.
We continue to support and uphold the RIGHT TO EDUCATION for girls and adolescents through secondary school. We have begun fundraising efforts for the new academic year running from September 2026 to June 2027. We deeply appreciate your contributions over the coming months, as they enable us to secure sufficient funding for our 94 scholarship recipients.
Thank you for believing in education and for becoming, through your generous support, a godfather or godmother to these migrant children and adolescents in vulnerable situations in Cuenca and Alausí.
