"Growing Together and Learning" is an educational project that restores the right to quality education for boys and adolescents in vulnerable conditions in Mexico who reside in Casa PACO, a children's home. Through personalized academic tutoring, emotional support, and creative extracurricular activities, we help them stay in school, strengthen their skills, and build a dignified and independent life. Education is undoubtedly the key to breaking the cycle of exclusion and opening opportunities.
In Mexico, thousands of boys and adolescents live in contexts of poverty, neglect, violence, or abandonment. These circumstances often lead to educational lag, low academic performance, and the risk of dropping out of school. Without emotional support, proper guidance, or stimulating and safe environments for learning, many children disengage from education and grow up without the tools they need to thrive. This lack of opportunities perpetuates cycles of exclusion and marginalization.
At Casa PACO, we offer a comprehensive educational model with daily homework support, tutoring in literacy, mathematics, and digital skills, as well as group and individual emotional counseling. Each participant follows an individual learning plan and benefits from strong connections between our team, their families, and their schools. And we carry out extracurricular workshops in sports, baking, technology, and the arts, which promote creativity, self-confidence, and social inclusion.
Our goal is to ensure that boys and adolescents in socially vulnerable conditions complete their basic education with meaningful learning and life skills. We promote academic success, emotional resilience, and social inclusion so they can access better opportunities as they grow up. By supporting their development from early childhood through adolescence, we seek to break cycles of inequality and build a future in which they develop fully and independently.
