We are happy to share an update on the AlfaDigital program and the next steps to continue expanding digital learning opportunities for children.
AlfaDigital is an initiative that seeks to bridge the digital divide in vulnerable communities, providing students in the final years of elementary school with fundamental tools to navigate an increasingly technological world. Through this program, students learn to browse the internet safely, search for reliable information, use digital tools, and develop responsible online citizenship.
For the 2026–2027 school year, we are preparing a new expansion of the program. We will equip three new computer labs, which will allow more students to participate in weekly digital literacy classes.
In addition to the computer labs, the program also includes teacher training and a structured digital literacy curriculum designed to be implemented throughout the school year. In this way, we seek to ensure that learning is integrated sustainably within each school.
Thanks to your support, we continue working so that more children in vulnerable communities have access to the tools and skills they need to learn, grow, and prepare for the future.
