Dear GlobalGiving Friends
Mama Bokolo (centre in left-hand pic) is very proud of her potato harvest, which she bags and sells to locals.
For many years she ran our Nyanga garden centre in Cape Town. Then she moved back to her Eastern Cape land, where she successfully sets a shing example to her community.
She is over 70 years old yet has the vim and vigour of a youngster.
Abalimi continues to assist her by supplying tools and equipment to her and her community. Mamaa Bokolo distributes these tools to locals who are interested in farming better.
Thank you to all our GlobalGiving friends for your continued interest and support.
Every cent is used to ensure that farmers have access to free training and low cost resources like seed, seedlings and manure.
All the very best in 2026. May you all flourish.
