 Dear friends, dear donors,

 

We are happy to present you this, seventh report, and to let you all know about progress and future steps of our organization.

 

As we have already informed you - we have obtained a loan form the business bank which was completely invested for completion of the renovation of our Education Center and adjust the premises for the intended purpose. For same purpose GlobalGiving donations have been used as well as some additional funds collected through the incomes of the organization form other projects and individual donations.

 

 

 

WHAT HAVE WE DONE SINCE OUR LAST REPORT

 

Works:

  • We have fully completed premises at the second floor with the exception of one smaller room which is used as an artist studio.
  • We have equipped the office at the fifth floor, which is now fully operational.
  • Education Center has become operational in full capacity.

 

 

Activities:

  • We have conducted two major project funded by Ministry of the Republic of Serbia, US Embassy, Embassy of Denmark, as well as few project funded by the local municipalities. We expect to continue the funding of these projects in the current year.
  • We have prepared new projects which will be submitted to the Ministries and local municipalities in Serbia which will have the aim of education of the young people – some of them are approved, while for others the decision is expected soon.
  • At the end, we are educating ourselves – our director participate in yet another training organized by ERSTE Bank in Wien, while we took participation for our members in many other training organized in Serbia.

 

 

OUR PLANS FOR SECOND QUARTER OF 2020

 

Our goals for the coming period are:

 

  • Finding corporate and institutional partners for funding even more activities in next years
  • Reach organizational self-sustaining point
  •  

 

We, at ASK, strongly believe that, partnered with all of you, we have performed a great work and that this year will be even better, that we will achieve even more together and that we will have much more impact on our community.
