Habibah was born with unstraight legs. This was due to the too much sickness and poor feeding by her mother when she was still pregnant. She is eleven years and in primary three. She cannot manage to walk to school and back home as she falls on the way. She has weak legs. On 13th May 2025 an examination was done and the rehabilitation hospital recommended that she has to undergo an orthopedic surgery 3B for her to gain strength and walk properly with strength and also overcome disability
Habibah was born with unstraight legs which has affected her physical movement and growth. It has also limited her attendance to school as she sometimes cannot walk to school and back home. She is an orphan and she stays with her mother who is a casual worker. On May 13th 2025, a rehabilitation hospital recommended that she undergoes an orthopedic surgery for her to gain strength and energy and also overcome the disability. The hospital made a quotation of USD 1012 which the mother cant afford.
The orthopedic surgery will help Habibah move with strength and grow well like other children. She looks like a person of short stature but after the operation she will gain her height. It will also enable her walk to school and back home and attend school regularly. It will als help her overcome the negative attitudes and monking by other learners without disabilities because she is experiening it due to her unstraight legs. She will overcome the pain and live a happy and joyful life.
The operation will end all the pain Habibah is experiencing. It will also open up her opportunity to study and achieve her dream of becoming a teacher. It will reduce on the negative attitudes by other learners without disabilities. It will support her overcome the limited physical growth and disability. It will also help the mother overcome the hatred the in- laws have on her for producing a child with such legs.
