Summer is here, and with it comes a moment to pause and reflect on the incredible impact we’ve made together so far in 2025.

At Inspiring Girls International, we believe that the future is built by the choices girls make today - and those choices expand dramatically when girls meet role models who help them see what’s possible. Whether you’ve donated, shared our mission with friends, or simply followed our journey, you are part of a global community dedicated to helping girls dream bigger, choose freely, and thrive without limits.

Expanding Horizons Around the World

Thanks to your support, Inspiring Girls teams across the globe have delivered hundreds of moments of inspiration, connection, and learning this year. Here are just a few highlights from the last few months:

• Hong Kong’s annual career fair connected over 500 girls with role models from 10 companies, helping girls explore industries they might never have considered. One student told us she had “never felt more inspired” - exactly the impact we strive for!
• Thailand: The team launched ‘Powering the Future: STEM Insights’, bringing together founders, CEOs, and tech leaders to inspire students to step into science and tech careers.
• Spain: In collaboration with Alsa, the team ran an ‘InspirandoAndo’ event where students met the first Spanish woman to compete in the Dakar Rally, alongside road safety workshops that made learning engaging and empowering.
• Venezuela: Through their first “Dress to Inspire” initiative, the team donated over 350 items of clothing to girls in the Carapita community - because confidence begins with feeling comfortable in your own skin.
• Singapore: Responding to teachers’ concerns about girls feeling overwhelmed by uncertainty, the team ran workshops based on the VUCA framework, coupled with speed networking for 300 girls and 70 women role models. Girls heard honest stories about career challenges and resilience, sparking new ideas about their own futures.
• Colombia: A 5-session Leadership and Business Club for 40+ girls covered everything from emotional intelligence to entrepreneurship and AI, helping students build essential life and career skills.
• Portugal: During NOS Tech Day, girls explored company facilities and connected with inspiring women in tech, gaining first-hand insights into the industry.
• United Kingdom: Students took part in a behind-the-scenes look at careers in financial services, learning directly from role models through speed networking and career story sharing.

Turning Data Into Action

A recent survey of 3,000 children conducted by Inspiring Girls Italy confirms what we see time and again: when girls meet women in roles they’ve never considered, their mindset shifts—and their future opens up. This work doesn’t just change individual lives; it contributes to global goals for gender equality by building more diverse, inclusive, and empowered next generations.
